Sean was then appointed to a four-year term on the follow-on Colorado Secure Savings Program Board which is tasked with implementing those recommendations. Sean serves as the vice-chair alongside the chair, State Treasurer Dave Young.
The entire Wood family has a real passion for spending time together outdoors with family and friends and in June of 2021 the entire family spent 18 days rowing the full 277 river miles on the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. Sean also enjoys extended time in the backcountry and in August of 2019 and August of 2020 spent 12 days riding his mountain bike from Waterton Canyon to Durango on the 500+ mile length of the Colorado Trail. Next trip: ride from Denver to Durango in August of 2021.
